We believed that by doing all the right things, everything would fall into place. However, there's one aspect that caught us off guard – the immense impact of peri and post-menopause.

 

Our 40s or 50s may not always align with our expectations. This season introduces unforeseen challenges that can disrupt our sense of well-being. However, by prioritizing physical and mental health through exercise, nutrition, and stress management techniques, – we have the power to navigate through this transformative period gracefully.
