I too, faced a challenging phase in my life when I entered my late 40s and hit peri-menopause. Suddenly, I found myself grappling with a multitude of physical changes that were not exactly pleasant. On top of that, I also experienced mental and emotional fatigue, leaving me feeling completely drained.

In the past, the strategies I had employed to maintain my well-being were no longer yielding the same positive results. It became clear to me that I needed to explore new avenues in order to regain control over my health and happiness.

As any woman who has gone through this transitional period would know, seeking advice from mainstream wellness sources often proved futile for someone like me. The majority of these resources seemed tailored for women much younger than myself.

It allows me to appreciate the beauty in everyday moments and fuels my curiosity about human behavior.

While many may spend hours perfecting their makeup routine, I firmly believe that taking care of our skin is equally important – if not more so – for maintaining a healthy and radiant appearance. This choice reflects my belief in embracing natural beauty rather than relying solely on cosmetics.
