Prioritizing Sleep > Getting a Workout In

Hot take: prioritizing sleep can be more important than getting a workout in.

Now let me explain.

Letā€™s say in order to work out, you have to wake up super early to get it in for the day, but that leaves you with only getting 4-5 hours of sleep instead of 6-7 hours.

In this situation, I would say itā€™s more beneficial to sleep in and get the extra rest. If you sacrifice sleep for that workout, you willā€¦

  • be exhausted all day

  • have a bad recovery from your workout

  • have increased hunger cues due to lack of sleep

None of which are ideal for your health and fitness goals.

Because if youā€™re not getting enough sleep at night AND not getting quality sleep in, itā€™s time for a change.

Luckily for you, I have a few adaptogen supplements that I love to use that have helped me up my sleep game.

These includeā€¦

  • Chamomile

  • Magnesium glycinate

  • L-theanine

  • Ashwagandha

These supplements paired with 7-8 hours of sleep a night have been a serious game changer when it comes to sleep.

I feel more rested, less groggy, and overall rested when I use these supplements to aid in my sleep routine.šŸ˜“ If youā€™re struggling with sleep, it might be time to try adding some of these into your nighttime routine!

Lucky for you, I have a FREE adaptogen guide that goes even more in depth on these guys here!

I hope you enjoy this amazing guide!
