Hi there.
I'm Holly.
When I hit my 40's, my body completely changed and I felt as though I was given a new body that I didn't know how to fuel the right way to feel good.
I went on a quest to try and find a way to feel good, to regain my energy, to lose that unwanted belly fat, and to feel like me again, without fad diets. And I found the FASTer Way.
The 30 minute workouts are fantastic! The app is such a great thing to help manage my daily life, and my coach Holly is such an inspiration and provided great ideas throughout the program! I have lost 6 pounds and didn't even do the program for half the time because I was on vacation!

Week 1
FOCUS ON WHOLE FOOD NUTRITION & HYDRATION
During our 1st week together I’ll help you start learning about intermittent fasting, drinking enough water, and eating enough whole food nutrition. You’ll have access to easy 30-min (or less) workouts you can do from home or at the gym. This week you’ll focus on progress, not perfection.
Week 3
GETTING IN THOSE DAILY WORKOUTS AND UPPING OUR NUTRITION CYCLES
In week 3, we're going to heat things up when I start teaching you how your food can fuel your workouts best. We’ll focus on macro tracking which is a fancy way of saying paying attention to the percentage of carbs, proteins, and fats you’re eating each day, and for my 'pausal ladies, we'll be focused on making sure you have plenty of nutritious foods to support your hormones.
Week 5
PUTTING THE PIECES TOGETHER & BUILDING LIFELONG HABITS
Week 5 is all about reinforcing the habits you’ve created over the past four weeks. You know what you’re doing, now you’re just perfecting it. You're feeling good. You're energy is high. You're implementing daily habits that are making you feel your very best. One of the pillars of this program is that it’s NOT a quick fix, it’s a way of LIFE.
Week 8
YOUR TRANSFORMATION IS UNDENIABLE
As you reach the eight-week mark, the transformation is undeniable. Those old habits feel like a distant memory, and you’re thriving in your new lifestyle. Your stamina is up, your mood is lifted, and the changes are noticeable both in how you feel and how you look. Every choice you’ve made has brought you to this empowered point.
Week 2
MACRO COUNTING, CARB CYCLING & LEARNING TO MAKE EASY SWAPS
During week 2, I'll be showing you how to swap out sugary drinks for refreshing water, adding a daily walk to your routine, and choosing the right whole foods to burn fat and give you energy. It might not be a drastic change yet, but these small steps are the seeds of transformation!
Week 4
YOUR FIRST 24 HOUR FAST

My program is all about balance, and offers on demand workouts and support so you can enjoy your vacation and stay engaged in the program. Do go enjoy your time, rest is very important. I hope to equip you with some great techniques to use wherever you are without feeling like you're on a “diet.”

Whether you have a gym membership or not, or want to incorporate some gym days, some home workouts, or some low impact - YOU'LL SEE RESULTS!
